Rev. Andrew Dillon is in his ninth year as the District Superintendent of British Columbia. Born in the United States he moved to Chilliwack, BC in 19??. He and his wife Darla have three children and three grandchildren. Bro Dillon and his wife live in Sardis and pastor the First Pentecostal Church in Chilliwack.

Rev. Francis Mason is the District Secretary of British Columbia. He and his wife, Gloria, pastored and evangelized in the United States for many years before moving to Surrey, British Columbia over twenty years ago. Francis and Gloria have three children and several grand children. Bro Mason serves on the Foreign Missions Board of the UPCI and pastors Calvary Tabernacle in Surrey.
